People need to feel a sense of community and belonging and are searching for a deeper connection with their own spirituality. Therefore a principal focus of the Group is to foster a feeling of belonging and sharing.

Because of what we have learned about the power of prayer and healing, one segment is used for members to participate in group intention. At the request of a member, the Group may join in a focused prayer of healing or other intention directed at that member. Or the Group may focus remotely on a person or situation needing help.

Exploring the nature of things can enrich our lives. Increasing our spiritual intelligence enables us to deepen our understanding of spirituality and helps us to feel a deeper connection with Infinite Intelligence and with each other. Another segment of our meetings consists of either watching an educational DVD or listening to a talk, and then discussing the subject. We have a developing library of feature length spiritual movies, DVD’s, tapes and other materials for the use of members on a rental basis.

Noetic Nautilus has no political or social activist agenda. The good that we do beyond the confines of the Group is through the power of prayer and the power of compassionate intention in our daily lives. Our purpose is to grow spiritually and to help each other know a deeper sense of spiritual awareness. Our Group is just one of many throughout the world working in a community of shared interest. We sponsor the screening of feature length movies and documentaries as a fund raising activity. We are not governed by doctrine and there is no dogma and very little ritual. We are non-sectarian. We are seekers of truth. We meet weekly and you are welcome to join us.

What is a Nautilust?

A Nautilust:

• Quietly seeks harmonic resonance with one’s Inner Being knowing that this core of stillness is an infinite reservoir of spiritual nourishment and renewal.
• Regularly experiences feelings of empathy, compassion, forgiveness and gratitude and may consider them to be the four pillars of Love, the expression of any one of which is an expression of Love
• Seeks a diminished ego in an attempt to feel more in harmony with the feelings of others and one’s own divinity.
• Explores the quantum realm as a seeker of truth and is therefore more aware of the natural order of things including the ultimate oneness of science and spirituality.
• Is open to the infinite and values the process of dialogue, without being dominating or judgmental, allowing others to express their opinions freely and fully.
• Strives for spiritual intelligence and wants to share that intelligence with others without proselytizing – simply out of a desire to help others in their quest to find a deeper level of awareness of their own divinity.
• Has an intimate understanding of the power of intention and practices it regularly as an individual and in unity with others.
• Helps to foster the sharing of feelings and holds the shared feelings of others as personal and confidential.
• May embrace many of the teachings of the great avatars of history while rejecting the religious dogma and doctrine that has enveloped and distorted them.
